How Payment Works
Payment is collected at check-in or check-out for self-pay visits. Insurance copays and deductibles are collected at the time of service.
Receipts and Reimbursement
We can provide an itemized receipt for any visit, which you can submit for HSA / FSA reimbursement or to your insurance plan if applicable.
