When to Come to Us vs. the ER

If your child is experiencing a true medical emergency, please call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room. For non-emergency illness and minor injuries that occur after regular pediatrician hours, Purpose Pediatrics offers a faster, more affordable alternative designed specifically for children.

The guide below outlines which conditions we treat and which require emergency care. If you are uncertain about the right level of care for your child's situation, please call us at (409) 225-5256.
